Welcome to Room&WorkValencia. Below you will find the booking terms and house rules that ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
The booking and accommodation are strictly for the registered guest(s) only.
Subletting, transferring, or advertising the room without prior written approval is not allowed.
Respect for common areas and neighbors is mandatory.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized.
There are other general house rules for shared living that must be respected by all guests.
Advance payment: To confirm your reservation, payment of the first month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
Monthly payments: For stays longer than one month, each installment must be paid 30 days before the start of the next period.
Free cancellation within 24 hours after booking.
Full refund if canceled 30 days or more before the check-in date.
No refund if canceled within 30 days prior to check-in.
The security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after check-out, provided no damages have occurred.
Lost keys incur a €50 replacement fee per key.
If a lock change is necessary, the guest will bear the cost.
All rates are inclusive of VAT.
Room&WorkValencia reserves the right to charge additional amounts in the event of serious damage or breach of the house rules.
A courtesy laundry service (washer use) is available and is subject to specific rules. If you do not agree with these rules, no problem — you are welcome to use a nearby laundromat instead.
There are also general house rules for shared living that must be respected by all guests.
Failure to comply with any of the established rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without the right to a refund.
By making a reservation with Room&WorkValencia, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your request.
2. RESPECT THE HOUSE, THE ROOMS AND ITS RESIDENTS
Treat the home as you would your own and be considerate of others sharing the space. If you cause damage to the property or disrupt other guests, we may need to end your stay early. Please report any problems as soon as possible.
3. SHARED SPACES
Keep common areas clean and tidy for everyone’s enjoyment and convenience.
4. VISITS
Visitors are only allowed with prior approval. Please contact us beforehand to request authorization for any guests.
5. NO SMOKING
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. If you need to smoke, we encourage you to enjoy the neighborhood while you do.
6. QUIET HOURS
After 10 PM, please keep noise to a minimum. Use headphones if you’re up late. We want to respect our neighbors and ensure a peaceful environment for all.
7. STAY SAFE
Close the doors when you leave the apartment. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. In case of emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
8.TAKE CARE OF OUR PLANET
Help us reduce waste and conserve energy by turning off lights, appliances, and electronics when not in use. Please dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins to support sustainable living
9. PETS
Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved in advance.
10. ADULTS ONLY (+18)
This is a space designed for adults aged 18 and older.
11. WASTE AND CLEANING
Full garbage bags must be disposed of in the correct bins provided. Details are available at the apartment.
Weekly professional cleaning is provided only on common areas. Cleaning, including bed linen an towel changes is available on request at an additional cost..
12. LOST KEYS
Keys are your responsibility. If lost, replacement costs, including potential lock changes, will be charged.
By booking a room with RoomsWorkValencia, you gain access to our shared coworking area at a highly advantageous rate. If you’re not staying with us, you can still enjoy the coworking space as an independent service, designed to suit your needs.

REFUND
For a full refund, you have 24 hours to cancel after your booking regardless of the time between booking and arrival date to the coworking space.
INITIAL AND ONGOING PAYMENTS
Payment for the first period (1 week) of the service of cowork space is due in full to secure your booking.
Follow-on payments for coworking services longer than one month can be paid in regular 30 day instalments. Each instalment is due 30 days before the next period begins. Failure to pay the invoice within 24 hours of it being issued will result in an automatic cancellation with your coworking space immediately.
RATES, TAXES & FEES
The total coworking space service charge is inclusive of VAT.
DAMAGES & CHARGES
Room&WorkValencia reserves the right to charge a value up to the total amount of the booking for any damage incurred by you to the coworking space. It is your responsibility to flag anything that is damaged or faulty in your coworking area.
