FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) 1. What is the minimum stay at Room&WorkValencia? To comply with the Spanish Civil Code for seasonal rentals, our minimum stay is 31 days (one month). We do not offer short-term or vacation rentals.
2. Who can rent a room at Casa Rosita? Our rooms are specifically designed for professionals, remote workers, and students who need a temporary residence in Valencia for work, research, or academic purposes.
3. What documents do I need to provide? As this is a seasonal lease (not a tourist stay), you must provide proof of your temporary purpose in the city. This can be a work contract, a university enrollment certificate, an internship agreement, or a letter from your company.
4. Are hospitality services like daily cleaning included? No. As a residential co-living space, we do not provide hospitality services such as daily room cleaning, laundry, or breakfast. Tenants are responsible for the maintenance of their private rooms and the respectful use of common areas.
5. How do I formalize my rental? The process is professional and transparent: after checking availability, we will request your documentation and proceed to sign a Seasonal Lease Agreement governed by the Spanish Civil Code. A security deposit is required and will be handled according to local regulations.
