For years we have been renting rooms, an activity that began with small steps on platforms such as Airbnb but soon took a more personal and direct path.

We realised that there was something special about the close relationship we built with our tenants, getting to know their stories and sharing the magic of Valencia from a more authentic perspective. That's why we decided to go further and manage the rental of our rooms independently to offer not just a place to stay, but a temporary home in the heart of the city.

The building that houses our rooms has its own history. Built in 1927, at the height of Valencian modernism, it is located in the emblematic  El Ensanche neighbourhood . This neighbourhood, known for its wide avenues, ornate facades and cosmopolitan atmosphere, has become a nerve centre of the city.

Its prime location and vibrant energy make it perfect for those looking to live and work in Valencia while enjoying the best it has to offer.

Every detail of the building reflects the character of a time of splendour. From the high ceilings and balconies overlooking tree-lined streets to the mosaics and decorative elements reminiscent of the modernist style, every corner tells a story.
